How does change happen? How does it happen in our minds, in our bodies, between people and institutions? My work focuses on forces and histories of change. While I write on a variety of subjects, the bulk of my work analyzes curiosity, political resistance, and trans life as material-discursive locations of transformation. I am a multi-disciplinary and multi-modal thinker, relying chiefly on philosophical and theoretical methods, interdisciplinary collaborations, archival work, and community-engagement.

Can our dreams ever blur the intransigent lines that draw the shape that shuts us in?
